My name is Emma, and I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Dip. H. working with adults, children, teenagers and young people in Bletchley Milton Keynes.

I am fully qualified in hypnotherapy, hypnosis, hypnoanalysis, hypnotic-regression and psychotherapy. I am also a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Practitioner. I have a degree in Psychology and am a fully qualified Teacher and Special Educational Needs Specialist with nearly two decades of experience.

I am a verified member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Register of Psychotherapist and Counsellors (NRPC).

​I work with children, adults and teens using a range of solution focussed therapeutic techniques including Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT), Coaching and Mindfulness practices.

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis, by a hypnotherapist, to relax the mind and allow complete concentration on achieving a specific goal.

Hypnosis is a perfectly natural and safe relaxed state of mind that most of us experience several times a day without even noticing.

It is when we arrive at our destination without really remembering the journey, or when we are so absorbed in a film, book, or preforming a routine task, that we don't hear our name being called.

During hypnosis our mind is more receptive to change. 

My Approach

My approach is entirely client focussed. We work on what you want to work on in a way that works for you. These are your therapy sessions.

I work with adults, children and young people out of my private and discrete home-based therapy room in West Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

In addition to hypnotherapy, I use a range of techniques including psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practices (CBT), mindfulness and coaching techniques. I also offer hypnoanalysis which combines psychotherapy with hypnosis making for a more rapid therapy than traditional psychoanalysis.

I am completely non-judgemental and understand that each of us experiences life in a different way. My approach is warm, friendly and all sessions are entirely confidential. My therapy room is a safe space for you to share what symptoms you are finding challenging and for us to work together as a team to resolve these.

During your free no obligation initial consultation we will discuss your symptoms and how therapy can work for you. Our first session together will then focus in more detail on what specific changes you would like to make and how we can achieve this.

Following this, I create a bespoke personalised package just for you that will help you achieve your goals using a positive solution-focussed approach.

I adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics of the APHP and attend regular CPD sessions to keep up to date with latest advancements and techniques in hypnotherapy.
